Performance-based SDR · OutboundApex
Vilnius, Lithuania

I've spent 4 years learning about cold outbound end to end - the infrastructure, listbuilding, scripts and positioning that works - for 8+ verticals.

When you work with me, you get access to up-to-date industry knowledge and you're not handed to an account manager or a junior. Every domain, list, script and reply is set up and operated by me. I work on performance, which ensures you are never at risk of going in the red.

// SDR-as-a-service

Everything an outbound team does - run by one operator

The full stack that turns a cold list into meetings on your calendar. No piece is outsourced or templated.

Deliverability infrastructure

Separate sending domains, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warmup and inbox rotation - so you land in the primary inbox at volume and your main domain stays clean.

High-volume prospecting

Verified, ICP-matched lists pulled from industry directories and databases - 3,000-5,000 of the right people reached every month, not generic exports.

Scriptwriting & messaging

Multiple cold email angles written around your offer and case studies, then A/B tested until the replies come in. No spun templates.

Reply handling & booking

Every interested reply worked within minutes - by email and phone - until it's a no or a meeting on your calendar. I chase no-shows too.

Offer optimization

Selling to cold strangers isn't selling to referrals. I sharpen your offer and positioning so it converts people who've never heard of you.

A direct line, not a queue

You work directly with me, not a ticketing system. Weekly reports on all things that happened, 1:1 Slack access, and a senior operator who actually does consistent outbound for you.

// The deal

Performance-based, by design

A small fixed cost to run the system, then you pay for real meetings. If you don't get any meetings - you get back the fixed cost you paid.

The offer
€500per month

Tech fee

Domains, inboxes, lists, sending tools and management - the only fixed cost. Less than the tooling alone would run you.

€150-250per meeting

Per qualified meeting that shows up

You pay only for target-fit meetings that actually attend. If it's not your ICP or it no-shows for good, it doesn't count.

30-day
guarantee

No meeting booked? Your tech fee comes back.

If I don't book a single qualified meeting in your first 30 days, the tech fee is refunded in full. The risk sits with me.

// Questions

Things people ask before booking

What if the meetings aren't qualified?

We agree your ICP before anything launches. If a meeting doesn't match those criteria, it doesn't count toward your bill. I refine targeting continuously based on your feedback.

How long until I see results?

Week one is setup. Sending starts in week two, and first qualified replies usually land within the first two weeks. Booked meetings typically start in weeks three to four, depending on your industry and sales cycle.

What's the commitment?

Month-to-month, no long contract. Some clients start with a 60-day pilot to test the fit. Either way, you can stop with 7 days' notice.

What's the guarantee?

If I don't book a single qualified meeting in your first 30 days, your tech fee is refunded in full. I take on the risk so you don't have to.

Will this hurt my domain reputation?

No. Sending runs on separate domains that aren't connected to your main company domain, so your brand and primary inbox stay protected.
